Noodle King's tall vining plants produce slim tender green pods that are best picked at 30-45cm (12-18"). Also known as asparagus bean, Noodle King is faster to mature than other yard long varieties for better adaptability in regions with a shorter growing season. Delicious steamed and in stir-fries.
