Lavender "Blue Spear" West Coast Seeds

This brand new cultivar of English lavender is hardy to Zone 6, but blooms in the first year, so can be grown as an annual in cooler climes. It is the tallest and showiest of the first-year-blooming types, with decidedly blue tinted flower spikes over subdued grey-green foliage.
